This Platform, its founder(s), owner(s), operator(s), developer(s), employees, agents, affiliates, and any related parties (collectively, "Platform Parties") shall not be held liable, under any theory of law or equity — including but not limited to defamation, libel, slander, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, tortious interference, invasion of privacy, or any other claim — for any content submitted, posted, displayed, stored, or transmitted by users of this Platform. All content is user-generated and does not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of the Platform Parties.
Section 230 Protection. This Platform operates as a provider of an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). The Platform Parties are not the information content provider of any user-submitted material and shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any user-provided content.

Content should not be relied upon as factual, verified, or authoritative.

Assumption of Risk. You assume all risk associated with your use of this Platform. The Platform Parties disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
